Hinduja Realty Ventures Ltd (HRVL) has come up with a plan to invest around Rs 5,300 crore to develop three projects. The projects will be developed on land belonging to other group companies. These projects have a built-up potential of 30 million sq ft. To begin with, the company is looking at building a 40-acre commercial project in Bangalore. It has estimated an investment of about Rs 1,200 crore for this first project. After this, it is planning an integrated township in Bangalore with a total area of 115 acre. The third project in the pipeline, which is keeping the company busy these days, is an 85-acre residential project in Hyderabad. 15 June 2010 The Financial Express
