Realty firm Ajnara India will invest about Rs 400 crore over the next thirty months on a housing project in Greater Noida. The housing project ‘Ajnara Homes’ will comprise more than 2,000 flats, the Delhi-based firm said in a statement. “The investment to develop this project will be about Rs 400 crore,” it said, adding that the project is scheduled to be completed within the next 30 months. The price range for the flats start at Rs 16.10 lakh. “The project is tailored to meet the needs of the middle class,” Ajnara director Ashok Gupta said.
