No, search is absolutely free for all. Anyone can access the properties on Merabasera database. But you need to register with us to post properties.

Total Matching Properties:0 is displayed when there are no properties listed on Merabasera.com that matches your search criteria. You should ideally refine your search and go for Advance Search. This will get into details of your criteria and help you find the best property for yourself.

An Agent/Broker, Builder and Corporate can upload a logo to their profiles at the time of registration or later by updating their profiles.
- Why is the property/Photograph not visible on the search result page?
All the properties when listed are first approved by our admin team. This is done only after the validation of the property/photograph. The validation process takes around 24 hours. Once approved, you get an email alert on your registered mail id.
- Why should I post a requirement or register for wanted properties?
If there are “No records found” on the search result page matching your requirements, or else you do not like any property according to your requirements then team Merabasera recommends you to post your requirement by registering into “Wanted Properties”. We will get in touch with you with the best property deals that match your requirement within 48 hours.
- How to Post a requirement if I do not find any property of my choice?
If you want Merabasera to find a property for you when you don’t find one for yourself by searching our database, you just need to post your requirement. Just register yourself with us. After logging into your account, click on “post property” link on the left hand side of the screen. Post your requirement and we shall get in touch with you within 48 hours with the best deals for you.
